What you get in a pilot

Three steps from your parts list to the evidence pack you sign.
  1. 1

    You send your files

The parts list and whatever your suppliers have sent so far.
  2. 2

    AI reads, a person checks

Each origin is read from the documents you send and, by default, checked by a person. A missing origin stays missing: it is never guessed from an address. The reading was tested on documents in six languages. The test ran on a US model with fictional data, as our rule allows; the model that reads customer files in a pilot is tested on the same documents first. The test (PDF)
  3. 3

    You get the evidence pack

The answer for each rulebook, the open points, and the pack to sign.

This is not a decision on eligibility. Only the contracting authority or funding body decides that. You sign your own declaration. Lodemark shows the calculation and the evidence behind it.

Prepared with Lodemark. Not a certification.Declarant, signed by you
One line per rulebook: the state, the share, and the notice that the authority decides.
  • A, Official document
A customs declaration or an origin document issued by an authority.
  • B, Supplier declaration with proof
Signed, with a document behind it.
  • C, Statement only
An invoice line, an email or a declaration with nothing behind it.
  • D, Unknown
No origin basis, or two documents that disagree.
The grade shows how strong the proof is behind each origin. It never changes the result: it tells the authority how far to trust each line.

What comes next

  1. Today

The free calculator, with four rulebooks and every rule cited.
  2. In pilots

AI reads your documents: a European AI provider by default, an EU-processed option with a US provider on request, or a local option.
  3. After the first pilots

The full app opens to customers: a workspace for your team, supplier requests the app prepares for you to send, alerts when a change moves the result, and a chain view of your suppliers.

Prices for the pilot and the yearly plan are on Pricing.
