The yearly plan runs twelve months from signature; the pilot is a one-off. Prices for businesses, excluding VAT, invoiced in EUR. We may change prices for new agreements.
Questions
- What counts as a product?
- One end product with its own parts list, the thing you bid. A variant with a parts list of its own counts as a second product.
- How does the pilot work?
- You pay the fixed fee for one product and get its evidence pack. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited toward your first year.
- How does a pilot run, step by step?
- Two to four weeks from complete files. You send the parts list (CSV or Excel) and your supplier documents. One named person at Lodemark reads the files under a signed agreement and data processing agreement. Lodemark does the first check; you confirm and sign. You get the pack within ten working days of the last document. The fee is the same whatever the result; the pack shows what is missing.

- The price shown is the minimum. The final price is fixed in writing before we start, from your number of products and supplier documents.
